Suzuki's B-King available in US for 2008

Suzuki's controversial and progressive B-King lands on American soil in dealerships for 2008. The 1340cc DOHC liquid-cooled 16 valver is sure to set new standards and currently sits in a class of its own.

Will look great with an aftermarket pipe! I like the nakids too, brings back the superbike era I grew up in the 80's with. That tail (not the exhaust) looks terrific.

Interesting too see what the Brits will do with it as they have a huge streetfighter follwing over there.

A sliightly taller windscreen would be nice

I have always liked nakeds because they should be light(but most are not) and inexspensive.

I like the B-King but at $13,000 and 518 lbs dry(580 lbs actual?) it seems heavy and over priced. It'll run like hell with a turbo though, couldn't imagine a naked bike with that much hp! It would be great.

They are giving an advertised weight of 485 for the Busa, 518 for the B-King. Looks about 35 lbs heavier for the stripped down, no bodywork B(urger)King. That's where it's name comes from.

Shorter exhaust and bar end mirrors and the B-king will look cool.

for some reason the rear seat and overall bike length/wheelbase appears shorter. the way our bikes handle so well anyway - that one seems to be a real knee-dragger
