Lets not forget that the Busa rider was doing his 1st 9/10th ever and that the 10R is not a stock bike as it has a thinner headgasket and a different intake cam as well as an Ice Man tune...

PS - and the Busa is a 1397 but i suspect if they went from a dig instead of a roll the outcome would have been closer or maybe even different...

Its like a 250 pound rider on a GSXR 1000 getting spanked by a GSXR 750 with some bolt ons. You can't compare a 1998 design to a 2006. Don't worry the new busa is around the corner. As off the old Hayabusa its just gonna be another ZX-11 story from the past.

Poor riding by the busa. My busa stock bore, bumped comp., ported head, and cams even a modded 10 won't even touch it top end or quarter mile.

weight is the major diff.ice man is like pro rider compared to novice.we run zx 10 verses busa all the time.the zx 10 jumps out a few but past 170 the busa is back out in front.
