whats a good price for a 12/13 zx14R
Im looking to purchase a new 12/13 zx14R. I was just wondering if anyone has found any good prices and what dealers. Im in Michigan and the best price I found so far is 2012 ZX14R for 13k out the door.

Mine (2012) was $12,800 OTD with a 4y extended warranty.

what color? Is anyone still seeing new green 2012 ZX-14r SE for sale? My local dealer said that they have one available but they want ridiculous money for it.. I just sold my R1 a month ago, so im looking too.

OP. If your in Michigan, take the time to call Honda East Toledo 1-877-437-1631.
No better prices to be found IMO. Ask for Tad Summers, and tell him Rod Melchert sent you. I'm in Ann Arbor, but its well worth the trip. I've bought 3 bikes from them and all my buddies by from them. Almost always they are the cheapest up front, and several times I've had MI dealers laugh in my face when I told them what H East would sell for. "no way are they honoring that price." There will be add on's, etc. Jokes on them.
The only drawback might be availability of 2012's. last may when I bought mine, they were running low on stock. But for sure, they will beat your best deal on a 13.

Pulled the trigger and got the 2012 for 12800 OTD. Im very happy with this bike and found out it was very SMOOTH !! Now to decide on MODS  Reading all the forums for opinions......

When you guys are saying OTD you are including sales tax correct??? reason I ask is I also deal with Tadd Sommers at honda east in toledo and they are usually by far the cheapest. LOwest I ever know of them selling one for was when they were blowing out the 12s to make room for hte 13s and selling at cost. $12200+ 110 for doc/title +tax.
if there is someone TRULY selling for 11500 otd I want to get rid of my black one for a blue one.

I purchased a Black zx14$ for 12800 OTD, meaning total cost to include bike, taxes and plate. I thought that was a pretty good deal. I could have tried for Toledo, but i think there is something to be said for keeping the money local. I also didnt have to commute a long ways.
My insurance, full coverage, state farm, 600 a year.
My first impression of the bike is 10+. My last bikes were ZZR 1200, zx10, CBR1000, GPZ750. This bike Rocks !! I road 258 miles yesterday and nothing is sore and no complaints
I got alot of nice compliments, even from guys on harlyes
Things are looking up !!

920,000 baht ($30,700) OTD here in Thailand for a 2013 ABS 14R (knock off a grand if you're willing to take the floor model)- we get screwed by import taxes, there's no negotiating, and no way to import one cheaper yourself- that probably makes a few of you guys feel better about what you paid.

Here in the Philippines it's 790,000 pesos or about 19,200 US Dollars... but at least a pint of beer is only about $0.50.

Hey Bob- things are rolling along very nicely over here- I hope you can say the same.
I think that SD trip happened before I left for Thailand, which makes it at least 12 years- it sure doesn't seem like it was that long ago- I miss those days- the riding scene is pretty good over here, but we sure had a great group of guys (spread across the entire US) back then.
