Question??

Would anyone here trade in a 2009 ZX14 for a 2012 Hayabusa if the price was right? What are your opinions and the reason for is a all out 1/4 mile bike. Which would be the better with the new information about ECUs reflashed and Mods.

for an all out race bike ..yes i would being busa parts are everywhere and cheap . theres just so much more you can do to a busa .. you hurt a cylinder wall and your back up and running for around 300.00 on a busa you doing the work.. try that on a zx14 gotta replate or find another set of cases and weeks down unless you stock piled parts .. but i'd rather race on a zx14 it feels more stable and stops better..

He's right, Busa's are easier to work on and plenty of parts available. The Kawasaki is better to ride. Have you considered what you could do to the 14 with the money spent on changing to the Hayabusa? Also would you be happy if Suzuki brought out a new model next year?

Sounds like a SS head with 47mm tb's, then your ol 14 will run stronger than that busa, but if u decide to change up the motor later you'll have to get a different head, by then, I'll buy it from you lol! @1bad, pretty surprised you said a 14 was easier to ride, no, not u given them props lol, just kidding man!

If you did change to the busa I wouldn't buy a 2012 being that they are unchanged since 08. I would buy an older one after 08 to make it an all out race bike
