There shouldn't be any codes.
On the gen 1's 06-11
1) Set the final idle speed when the engine is fully warmed up.
2) Check the TPS output voltage with a digital Volt meter according to the manual. Back probe the connector with two very thin pieces of wire and make sure the output voltage is what the manual wants. It should be set correctly but its best to recheck it on the running bike.
3) Reset the power commander TPS settings in the PC software.
On the Gen 2 2012 just warm the engine, there's no idle adj.

Code 32-Subthrottle sensor malfunction, Wiring Open or short
Try checking the connector or connectors to the throttle bodies again.

that's the plug, center front of the throttle bodies.

the senser needs to be slid on a lil turn it to get a spring feeling i think its like 180deg. i went thru this . if u need to call me i can explain it or tape it and send u the vid. pm me if u need number

after I installed my 47's my FI light came on at the track after a full pass. I went back to my pit shut it off and checked things out and couldnt find anything. I started it back up and the code was gone. Havent seen it since then.
