2013 colors
Passion Red and a white for the US spec...I think Canada models are identical. No Green for 2013. I don't recall what the other color for the US is, I think its the black or metallic blue>?, I will look again tonight when I pick up my bike.
Can't provide any details, but I've seen it with my own eyes.

Is that a bright Red or more of a darker Red?

Passion Red is what I read. I think that is the Candy color...my 2006 was Red, but it was just a regular red color.

Not yet, pick the bike up in 4 hours and 53 minutes....
Got these though. lol
I wasn't able to talk to him offline when I picked up the keys. It does look like the 2013's that have been ordered will have ABS though.

The first four bikes in that video (Black/green, white, blue and plain black) are not U.S. bikes!
The only U.S. bikes in there appear to be the black, and the green SE 2012 colours.
If the first four are ZZR1400's it looks like the Ninja name may be returning to the Euro bikes.
That is if the colours aren't for the far east market only?
I believe the Australians get the same 2012 green as the U.K. (Not the SE) but carry the Ninja badge?

Looked at the papers today when I picked up my bike.
US will get stardust white, passion red, and the SE will be metallic Green, there was also a blue metallic listed. Some of the bikes ordered did not show ABS, but most of them did say ABS. These are US spec bikes that were ordered. They also had 2 dates...12 AUG & 12 Sept....not sure what those are though.

The White would be very nice...UNFORTUNATELY...if ya get a rock strike on that surface...you have BLACK abs plastic underneath!!!!That's the bummer about these bike paints...the bottom 'layer' is straight black unpainted plastic!I've already got two teensy specks of rock strikes on the front of mine.You can't see em....but the green paint camoflages em really well.The blue would cover em even better I think.But...s'all good.No one can see em but me....they are tiny(Thank God)."Stardust White"...yeah...you probably couldn't just buy a small enamel paint that would match....so it would end up looking more visible most likely!Even those Colorite paint sticks..hell...ya gotta mix the two colors first...then dab some on there....a real pain.I did it with my 07...sheesh...for a small nick...it really was a hassle....plus..it never did actually match perfectly...so ya see this 'spot' on there....at least it was 'kind of' inconspicuos...kind of.

also, for those CS Blue 2012 owners out there, I found a paint touchup that is "pretty close" at O'reilleys. Its a dodge/chrysler color. Dont have the pen with me at the moment, for the code. I think its from a pt cruiser, maybe. its even got the right amount of flake in it. Just doesn't quite "lay" right due to the paint changes as the light hits it.
I touched up a spot on my tank, and Its liveable.

White would hide minor surface scratches and swirls better than any dark color.
I've got serious wood for that white color scheme. Pretty sure I'll be ordering one come Oct. It's time for me to get on board the 14r bandwagon.

Ya man...I thought you already went for it?Guess ya could get a VERY CLOSE or EXACT pen to cover any teensy nicks.I went and bought some spray enamel(closest thing I could find for my green color)and use that to cover marks.NO...I DON'T SPRAY THE BIKELOL!!I spray the paint on a toothpick,and just barely dab a bit till it covers.Works really good.Can't even tell anything's there.Has some metal flake in it...so it looks REALLY close...close enough.No one would know it except me......and now....YOU.Hell...we're talking teensy nicks here...it wouldn't look so good on something 'big' or a serious scratch or something...God forbid.I did paint all my body screws(fairing bolts) with it though...came out really nicely.Black painted all the body bolts that are black,along with the lower belly bolts..It "almost" looks the same(on something small like that)(the green).

In my opinion, those colors are just too plain. I would like to see these colors, or something along those lines,

and IF the midnight blue, abs option is a US choice... I bought too soon. The midnight blue, would match my other vehicles. 2000 Firebird Formula, and the 05 Saab/wrx. can you tell I like that color? lol.
wonder how bad I'd get destroyed on a trade in.... ouch.
