Lowering
I'm going to get a set of soupy's links to lower the rear and slide the forks up for the front. My question is how far can I go safe is 1" the max or can I go further?
I'm at 64" running a busa spring and I have one of the low profile bolts like Shane used and I plan to cut the tab off. I do a lot of street riding and a bit of it's 2 up. I also hit the strip from time to time and I'm hoping to get in some land speed runs now that we have it in Ohio.

I have an 8 over McIntosh arm and Soupy's links. I'm at the max on the links. Guessing 3 inches lowered in the back. Pulled the fork tubes up about 2 inches. I ride on the street once and a while and didn't want to suck the tubes up anymore. Don't want to tkill my Brock's header.

DO NOT slide the forks up more than 1" if you ride on the street. At 1" you can pull your front end down and make the nose touch the fender. My advice is you call OSR and get a modified oil pan.
You can lower the rear as much as you want, bascially until the tire touches the undertail.

Any issues with long distance rides with OSR pan? I ride 1400 miles to Sturgis every year. Can you go over 1" with the pan?

I have 48000km on my ZX14 30000 + with the OSR pan and have no issues what so ever. I live in Newfoundland and have drove to the warf rat rally in Digby Nova Scotia distance is not a problem.
