what can i expect

Ok so I decided to go with a thin gasket and adjust cam sprockets and degree cams. High volume oil gear and muzzy cover. Flies already out.

How much HP will the bike gain with those?

Also thinking about polishing intake and exhaust ports. Not trying to port but just polish for batter flow.
Would that give me a Lil extra. If yes, how much.

Gonna buy another motor to do SS head and additional motor work to in the future. This current motor will be street/daily rider.

Screw the thin head gasket .. Mill the head 20 thou and set the cams 105 105 .. 13 to 14 hp gain proven .. Thin head gasket at best 4 to 5 hp .... Don't touch the ports , just blend the intake bowl below the seat ... Don't Do the 20 mill and the thin head gasket together ..Big no no ..

+1 skip the thin gasket, once you mill it you can never go back. A thinner head gasket also increases the danger of piston & valve collisions... Play around witrh the cam timing, much safer

Smokin can I ride this 99% street riding with no worries? Also, just to mil 20 thou I should be able to go to any reputable machine shop right? Got it blend bowls only on intake.

What else can I do on a budget?

Yes you can ride it anywhere , no down sides at all .. On jesses bike we ran 93 octane and could have run 89 but we wanted to be on the safe side of things .. Any machine shop can mill it but you do have to remover the valves to do it .. Only down side is the extra power

You don't really need the high volume gear for this app, from what I have seen.
