i hope you had work a deal of 60% AND 40% of combined purse of 1st and 2nd before the run .. or i'm gonna call you stupid also ..

where's the Vmax guy ! as long as we're bashing RG we ought to have everybody side of the story. Maybe somebody could PM him, I'm sure he would have something interesting to say.

Why does this always happen at bike races.I have raced NHRA for ever and this kind of thing never happens

if you've been around the NHRA for 30 years. You ought to remember Darrell A. Pro Stock Dodge getting caught using nitrous.and Billy Glidden shortly after at meeting that he was running It also, but someone put a bike in Street ET to get a extra run,Harley compares with that.

According to NHRA they were never caught.Somebody dented their valve covers during the break in so they quit!

Same in my book, breaking rules is breaking rules no matter what. And seems like your not reading right, it's not that he was in street et it's he switched riders in rd 3 and 4 no one cares he paid to enter street et.

LOL, the real story behind that was Rusty Glidden was dating one of the girls in the Dodge camp and she spilt the beans about the nitrous, Billy Glidden car was a R&D card for Bob Glidden, Billy Glidden was not caught either but rather made a statement to a popular magazine. the results was his dad pulled the car, and ultimately Bob Glidden loss his sponsorship of Ford. all this was a result from NHRA not keep an eye on what was going on. You would have thought the first time that that Dodge backfired on the line and blew the hood off. Would have been a Q for them to start looking for something.
do you really think with JT on the bike and RG standing beside him given him instructions was not noticeable to the officials, it wasn't until somebody called it that they did anything about it

you keep forget 1 thing .. Rickey or JT wasn't tech into Street ET ... TRACK INFO SAYS Reginald Harper on a zx10 was bike #62... Rickey and JT names are nowheres in Street ET .. NEXT time your waiting in the staging lanes I'll pass right by you and go to the front.. I'm privileged too AND why even bother with a tech care.... I don't need it to get a time trail i'll just get into eliminations and get me a time trial..

Everybody leaves out the fact that the chevy guys got caught using N20 in prostock .. One of the chevy teams had a N20 bottle in there oil recovery system.. The bottle over heated in the pits and blew up .. The team tried to high tail it out of the track but the NHRA crew stopped them on the way out ... The team was banned from NHRA for life ..
Fact is all the teams were using it , But it was the chevy team that got busted , not dodge and not ford ..

I have the pictures of the dodge motors and it was a little more than just dented valve covers .. The blocks were busted open with a sledge hammer ..

Billet aliuminum is very easy to weld.Funny thing is when they came back they couldnt even qualify.And I have never seen a broken distributo cause a backfire like Alderman had at Baytown

all the teams were spraying .. Warren Johnson got two millon a year from GM ..The Dodge boys got 20 thousand a year from Mopar ..You lose 3 motors and have no backing you don't make a killer come back .. After NHRA started checking for N20 everybody slowed down ..

Ken it was like the Busa guys Vs the zx14 guys.. The chevy guys hated the dodge boys .. The chevy guys were qiuck to point a finger at the dodge guys and calling them cheaters.. And then ..OPPS the oil tank in the chevy blows up leaving little bits of blue bottle all over the pits .. It kind of like the busa guy saying all zx14 blow up but a busa never blew a motor .. When a busa motor blows up you never hear about it or it didn't happen ..
