Maybe not!
I may be a bit nuts, but when the bike comes off the gas in the second pass between 17 and 19 secs in the video, there's a noise which is precisely the same as the noise the wastegate makes on my turbo 12 on low boost.
Hit 17 secs and let the pass end, then back to 17 over and over with the volume up and there is a deinite wastegate hiss. Clear as day.
Could MCN be right for once re a blower?

 There is so much background noise in that vid that you can't make out anything for certain! At one point I heard a jet engine!
