Tip over sensor
Where is the correct place to mount this sensor? Found it lodged in my wiring harness on the left side of the bike. A pic or description where it goes would help me :-/

It goes up in front of the gauges on the fairing stay...I can get a pic tomorrow at the latest...
EDIT: Racheal is on the way up to the garage to take a photo.

Mine was killing me for about 2 weeks on the booza I was about to light the bike on fire lol

Would fuel pump still cycle if tip over sensor is triggered or intermediate going bad?

I think on my friends cbr it didn't cut fuel just spark .

the buzz from mine was driving me nuts (3.5 - 4.5 K rpm, which riding on the road is actually fairly often) so I filled it with sewing machne oil.
which helped a lot
back from its last service, 6000km, the buzz is back, im about to investigate why.
hopefully wont find sewing maching oil in places where it wasnt intended, i cant see how it could have leaked the unit is well sealed and hasnt tipped over.
I would reccomend a thicker oil to completely damp the sound.
there appear to be no negatives.
ill let you know what i find in 10 minutes after I get the screen off.
