Slamming the 14
I am tring to get my zx14 as low as possible. Problem I am having is while at the track my rear tire is rubbing my undertail, causing it to unload on launch.
Before i go chasin my tail and spending a bunch of money how are others slamming their 14?
Any suggestions?

The best way to fix the problem is just by a tiger tail then if it rubs it's not a problem.

Next best thing is to get a drag shock and spring. That way it won't swat so much under launch.

I agree, get a revalved shock from adams perf.(litz) they have them for $225 i think. Rubbing in any way will slow you down. Might want to look into a cut pan or a flush oil drain plug next..

Getting lower isn't always the best solution to having a better launch.
The rear shock has a lot to do with it

I suggest a Tiger Tail, whether you get a shock or not. It will give you 1" more clearance.
