Well if you want to get down to it there are very few true Engine builders . I put together lots of motors BUT i'm not an engine builder ... I don't bore and replate motors , I don't do weld up stroker cranks , I don't grind cams ... All i do is check the sizing put the parts together and that is not building a motor ..

down here we call that a parts changer .. thats me too.. but if you want a true engine builder there is a guy over here that starts with a block of aluminium .
