damn , hard to believe that my sorry ass garage built motor has to compete with a turbo bike .... I can't even afford to buy cams :-(

only because you said that my motor doesn't make more than a 1417 cc motor ... So 2 equally skilled riders and your bike has the drag racing setup , mine has a few more hp ... sounds fair

As stated your bike makes 25 hp more...about the same or less as a well-built 1418. So it needs a jockey to compete with me?? No...you just have no skills, as you admitted.

You imply that I "can't" build my own motor. Please email all of the racers that have pro-built motors. Please tell them they are stupid and "can't" build their own motors.

Rickey installed the head on his last motor and set it up. That's motor building. All depends on your definition of motor building. Now 98% don't have the tools to do head work so that is left to a good head shop, but the rest is pretty much just assembly of parts. They are VERY few places that are setup to do everything from crankwork, boring and head work in house. The rest send those parts out like we would do. If you have the $$ let someone good do the work. Turn key is nice. Me, I'm a poor boy so I have to turn my own wrenches.
