carpenter cams

hi
want suggestions what would be the best figures to degree in carpenter cams , i have the set with 9.8mm lift , but think on the road power is dissappointing in the mid range.
also run j&e 13.5-1 pistons, ported head , full ti force system , powercommander and ignition module, on dyno makes 210 at back wheel but on road never feels as strong as it should accelerating through the revs , especially around 5-6 rpm am sure at the moment they are set 108 inlet and 110 ex

Need more mid range shoot for 105 105 ...If you have the PV clearance ..
