or does the one way valve go in-line between throttle bodies and sensor?

Ok so I had it wrong, I'll take the T fitting off and put one way valve in the T fittings place. Witch way does one-way valve go? the black side reads vacum & clear side doesn't say anything I'm guessing side that reads vacuum goes on map sensor side

sensor only see vacum is correct .. but i can see in your pic your hook into the airbox in the old crank case breather port . BUT how did or what did you do to the original line running off the throttle bodies to the map sensor. AND KEEP ALL HOSE ROUTING AWAY FROM THAT THROTTLE CABLE . Unless you want it to jam in WOT 1 day

on pic the original line is coming from throttle bodies to a T, splitting a line to the map sensor and the other split is a line with the one-way valve attached at the end of it witch was wrong, so know the line from the throttle bodies go to the one-way valve attached in-line to the map sensor

yeah cause the line running to the map sensor has a hole inbetween the #1 and #2 throttle bodies for the hose to route thru ..
i believe i can see it coming into your T

The stock map sensor can see up to 3.5PSI of boost.......it has to be able to see boost due to the ram air affect at high speed.
Over and above 3.5PSI it will just stay at the max voltage reading. I.E. there is no need to make it not see boost.

the FI light will also come on if the sensor sees to much boost.

Take the one way check valve and try to blow threw it!
If you can, the end in your mouth goes to the map sensor.
blow threw the other end and it should act like its stopped up, but you can suck threw that end.
You are hiding/blocking the boost from the sensor but letting the vacuum threw.
The sensor is not designed to handle boost, if it sees to much it goes out of prameter and throws a FI light. That and the mapping is the reason for the check valve.

Ok map sensor doesent see boost and it's till leaning out it has to B the fuel filter, I took off filter (a Jegs billet aluminum filter) and opened it up took the dime size screen out and it does have some of what looks like tiny metal shavings and black specks on it, but screen is way to fine I tried cleaning it and using air but all dabree is inbeded in it so I orderd a new screen and O-ring from jegs, since I pinched the damn O-ring and cut it wile tring to put thing back together in the dark.

When it leand out on me earlier I shut bike off, pulled over and turned key back on and fuel pump took a couple of seconds to kick in and when it did it sounded like it was straining alot like it was having trouble pumping fuel? So I turned key off waited a wile turned key back on and it starded sounding like it was pumping again???

It's sumthing from gas tank to fuel pump, that's the only reason I can think of the fuel pump straining to the point of choking out like that, fuel pump is brand spanking new and all electrical lines have bin checked like 7 damn times lol
