Taking turbo off!
Well I'm taking the turbo of my bike going back to nitrous, can't get it to run consistent, I'm to frustrated at this point, hate to give up but this is my main means of transit and can't afford any more set backs, this really blows, going on eBay soon as I take it off or hit me up @ fiebrurican@yahoo.com

Im looking at your sig and see your on a 1:1 regulator, are you on stock injectors still? whats your fuel pressure at have you checked to see if its dropping. what fuel have you been running have you ran and race gas in it. and what wideband and how old is the sensor

im still on stock injectors, fuel pressure is at 60 and it stays there wile revving in neutral, i dont have a permanent gauge on fuel i just screw gauge on regulator under seat to adjust, ive bin running 93 pump gas in it, but right naw it has 3 gallons of VP C-12. the widband is a brand new AEM unit o2 sensor and gauge both

race gas kills sensors fast we have 2 different senors we use one for pump and one for race. if i were you i would put it on a dyno to compare the 2 widebands and also to check fuel pressure during a pull. have you also tryied to reload your map that might fix it try that out as well

I've never dealt with 1:1 regs just rising rate, but could it be a regulator problem? I've known several guys that have ran turbo's for years with no issues, don't give up till you've covered all the bases. Its probably something simple holding you back from years of good riding

If you originally ran on 93 pump gas and suddenly chucked C12 race gas in it then it will automatically lean out a LOT.

Give it 2-3 Pei of fuel pressure see if that helped as well I would keep the good gas in it till you find out the problem

Ok I think I Finally got it figured out, don't ask me y but I had origanlly had the scavenger pump and fuel fump running of a toggle switch streight from the battery, well after reewireing fuel pump to stock pump connecter under tank (thanks rob rotten) I haven't had any issues with it leaning out on me at idle. Ima run it hard for a couple a days and make shure that that finally did it

no the map sensor is on the throttle bodies between #1 and #2 cylinders . it has a hose routed to it from the throttle bodies to see vacum at idle to adjust fuel .. if it see boost it will cut fuel from the ECU .. the map sensor should never see boost just vacum .. a 1 way check valve goes in the line

It should be hooked up, but needs to be a check valve added in the line. be sure the check valve`is pointed the right way.

Is the valve supposed to be added with a T, or put inline from throttle bodies to sensor?

inline from throttle bodies to sensor. with no air blowing into the sensor ..only vacum on the sensor
