Mine is set at 75ms, might be a little too long but it doesn't miss a shift.

cant u actually set the quick shifter on that pcv for different kill times per gear, maybe u could shave a few milli's going from 2 thru 6th, and a little longer to allow the 1-2, mine is set the same throughuot all gears, pc3usb, I took it down the road n set it to the quickest i could get without misshifts from 1-2, if it goes well there, the rest are good as cake n icecream, lol

65 is probably around the limits of a stock trans. mount the switching valve directly on the air ram to negate the requirement of added kill time OR delay time.
with a pro cut trans you can run less kill time

yes the pcv can adjust all gear 1 to 2 is set at 63 cause at 70 when im at low rpm the kill time breaks the bike a litle...2 to 3 im at 62 and it look ok ...4 to 5 at 57 and from 5 to 6 at 55 ...all gear are smooth except the 2 to 3 gear some times it dosen go in it just kill the time and i have to do it again ill raise it a ltle... i dont have a dynojet sensor... i made my own with a break switch and ploged a relay on it so i can have the closed circuit...it dose work fine as you can see the time kill ive got....and att WOT its verry fast

what do you guys think of that killl time

ho! and the switch is set so i have to put a good pressure on the shifter to set it off

Mabe the relay is taking longer to give the signal to the pcv thats probable why my kill time is so fast...go figure...and on the pcv the kill time is in ms 00,000 ms

my quick shitfter is set to only activate at 7500 or highter rpms, theres no need to use it in lower rpms than that, i dont want it killin my motor while just normal riding, i only want it to work when i'm cranking on it, its set at 7500 in case i come out the hole n it wheelies or breaks loose, i've had fun with it

i use it at 2700rpm every day i only use the clutch to start and to downshift...its like a gear assist for me and when i whant to race it dose the job pretty well to....

i think its a lots of fun using it in normal riding it is so smooth when adjut well and cloggy when not

the only time that i need to do some settings are from 2 to 3 shift i gave it 2 ms more and now ill have to play in the .000 setting to get it just rigth

my main use of the bike its for riding with my wife so its not so hard on the bike and if adjust propaly you can smoothen the way the bikes shift no clonk ,ponkor wiiiiiiiggg
