Wind effect on 1/4 time and mph

Quick question. I ran a 9.23 @147.5 mph. This was against a 43 mph headwind, coming straight down the track. I had 16/46 gearing.
Does anyone know how much the wind hurt my time and mph?
Elevation - about 950 ft. Humidity - 85%

From the looks of your ET and MPH not much . Maybe 2 or 3 MPHs and a tenth of a second .. Could be more depending on your size and weight ..
