removing spark plugs

I cant download the PDF file so I can remove the spark plugs. could someone post how to remove them please.

Remove the plastic
Get a 14mm ratcheting box end wrench
Use the factory plug wrench
Carefully remove the stick coils
Put the factory plug wrench down the hole
Use the ratcheting 14mm box end wrench to remove spark plug
If the plug drops out of the wrench use a magnet to remove spark plug
