Dumb/quick PC III Question
Sorry in advance for the dumb question, but here goes...how can you be sure you're PC III is working? I've ridden my 14 very little the last few months and it is sluggish starting and a little rough running. May just be a weak battery and/or lack of running time but just curious about the PC III.

I've heard that every once in a while you should reload your map. Apparently sometimes the file can become corrupt....... who knows. but give it a shot

Remove the (+) wire of the PC for testing purposes only. Test ride the [stock base map] to tell if the drive-ability list you stated has cleared up some, most, all.

I believe Brock says its a good idea to re-map and re-set throttle position sensor at every oil change as part of your maintenance schedule. maps become corrupted,and throttle cables stretch and are adjusted which changes its value to your pc. My throttle position sensor was off 12 percent when i checked and re-mapped before 1st ride of the season.

What these guys say about checking a MAP is correct !
If your not sure its working - Start your bike, rev it up and watch to see
that the lights on the PCIII and moving up and down with engine RPM.

That's a good question since you don't have a pc yet Youngninjadude. I feel sure Smokin knows the answer to this one if you ask him. You could see big gains in your skoot (sorry Smokin its in my brain now) with a pc even with stock exhaust because of the factory over rich condition.
