Err....uhh...whatever that means. I have stated repeatedly that I am an average rider, and an average mechanic. What that has to do with supporting good vendors...well, I don't know.

Wee, you are a tightwad. I know from first hand experience.

It's all about Wheelie...and his needs! Check your threads!

We're talking about, in most cases, $20 or less to support the good guys. I guess that is just too much for some people....even when they can afford it. Oh well.

No. But if it is a good dealership I am willing to pay a little more. Make sense?

I think what Shane is trying to say is that when people need advice they do not hesitate to call a particular vendor for help. When it actually comes time to buy something you look for the cheapest route to take rather than thinking about the small guy that helped you with his advice in the beginning. I absolutley hate when people do that crap to me and understand what Shane is saying first hand. If you have ZERO intent of buying from a vendor don't call and ear rape them for free advice because of course they will listen thats what they do. Now if we are talking big money, well then that's a whole different ball game.

I'd like to think that I've helped a lot of people with my thread. I certainly didn't give people cryptic responses when they were really looking for help. That is your forte'.

Basically Wee, you don't offer much around here. A few primal grunts and comments, but not much help. As for you being a tightwad, you tried to lowball me on several items that I was selling. I'll patiently wait for you to start another thread with your "needs".

Although Shane beat me to it but it sounded like Shane said you were a tight wad. It was pretty straight foward but you have never low balled me so I would be foolish to accuse you of that . Now about the primal grunts I have got to agree.

I work as a vendor my self for nissan parts and I get customers all the time that call and ask for expert advice on things to buy somewhere else. As much as I dislike that it's all part of running a business you're always gonna get someone like that. But before the conversation ends I always pop in if you shop around and you found a better price on the same part I will try to meet of beat any valid price on anything to earn your business.
