Time to start a new Forum!!!

OK...Nothing wrong with drag racing or strait line racing but some of us use the ZX14 for carving and twisting.

90 percent of this forum is about "best times" and "best hook-up techniques".

I would like to see more about short wheel base mods and just somthing different!

If you dont agree then you probably wanted the health care bill to pass.

Oh, by the way...NO MORE POSTS ABOUT THE BUSA!! Theres a forum for that pig.

Lovin you all!!

I will continue to post on this section as I feel this is the best board out there for the drag racer weather I ride a busa, cbr, bmw or what ever. if you don't like it don't read it. as far as you corner carvers it would be nice to see a section for you but that would cover all bikes as well iMO.

Love drag raceing, don't do it at a track , but love the forum, the busa's sould keep their stuff over at their spot , the religous shit should be removed by the admin. health care = the drivel posted up here by the god sucker's
Or you can move to a minorty owned web site , and buy into their products !
You would think their would be more options avalible for 2010
spending my money, my medical insurance money on a new bike , a JAP model of some sort , keeping the 14 just to cause social striffe!

I guess that the reason most of the talk here is about "best times" and so on is because the 14 is one of the best bikes for straight line stuff. Yes it can be enjoyable on the twisty stuff too but it's certainly not one of the best, the modern 1000cc bikes do that better.

There's no reason why you shouldn't discuss handling here if you want to.

Guess you guys don't get it, I post about my Busa here because there are plenty of board members in the 14 section that I care to talk to that don't read the Busa section. I have made alot of good freinds from the 14 section after owning two of them. what's the big deal I don't get on here and say the Busa is a better bike. i share my Pictures, dyno charts and my racing results threw out the year. there are more drag racers on the 14 section. alot of stuff that works on the 14 and busa carry over to one another as far as products and companys and customer service.

You have every right to post anywhere. But really this section is for a ZX-14.

There is a Drag Racing section, as you know. it will just start banter back and

forth telling us how great a Busa is on a specific ZX-14 section.. you got a Busa

move on to the Drag racing section or to a Busa forum Kidding with you....again.

Did the xanix kick in yet? :-)

Who would do that to a bike... it is obscene!

As for corner carving… My bike is not stretched and I have never taken it to the track and over the last 3 years I have found this site to be a wealth of information.

Thanks to everyone that has contributed so much effort into making this community a success (even the one or to Bussa guys  -)

Maybe we talk drag racing here because ZX14's and Hayabusa's are marketed by the manufacturers as straight line drag racing bikes.
When these bikes first come out the maunufacturers have a pro drag racer flogging them down the 1/4 mile track to prove the point.
They market their 1000cc machines as bikes for the twisty's and road racing.

Actually the ZX14 does good in the Mountain corners with good size sweepers many now have a hard time keeping up with me on smaller bikes . And when the road gets choppy on the mountain the long wheel base keeps her more stable . Were the smaller bikes have to back off they get to bouncy and unstable . The smooth track is a different story the ZX14 Apex is to big for small tight tracks.

I think that if more people contributed with interests outside of racing, you wouldn't need a different forum. Often when I see "complaints" such as this, the posting member(s) have a very low post count. You can't change the world while remaning silent!
