Are you retarded or what?? (no offense to retards)
I am 225 lbs. suited. I never claimed to be the best rider in the world...only that switching from a Shortmeg to a CT won't get you 5 mph by itself.

my times are getting down there and I'll be knockin on jesse's door...a new rear shock I think will get me really close to 9.0s IF I do my job in the 60'. My goal is to run 9.0s SWB. Getting there....
Good job at Prostar Jesse

I"ll post his dyno charts when I get home and the difference is a lot more than the 1.5 hp you are stating, maybe that's why he said you need to clean your injectors..
No need to wait:

That's Brock's chart. Does it look a lot stronger than 1.5 hp in the highlighted area?? GREEN vs. RED....the blue is the stock bike.
Shane
Yes it looks close to 8hp gain ....

What are you talking about Lee?? That is less than 2 hp in the highlighted area. Red= Alien Head, Green = CT. Blue=Stock
As for the mid, there is a gain..and look at the a/f comparison. Real lean on the CT...and you know that can make for bigger numbers...I know we have discussed this.

Ya but that's 8 hp over stock exhaust unless I'm not reading it right? or roughly 1.5 over alien head.

Yes a 7 HP maybe 8 if you move the line up a bit .. You know if the motor has more power 3k up it's going to rev faster and in turn make more MPH faster ... I just don't get that you can't understand that power under peak makes MPH ... Jesse bike wasn't lean at those mid numbers unless 12.90 12.80 is lean ..That is why i didn't change the mapping .
And Shane i did call Brock today and guess what he was NOT back form GA , i left my number with EJ for him to call me back ...I'm going to order a CT as soon as he calls me back ..So NO i didn't tell Brock about this thread ...

Less than 2 hp from 7500 to 11000 rpm. 7500 rpm is well above shift recovery rpm, so the back half is not going to jump like crazy.
Like I said, I picked up some 330' ET...which is what I would expect to see with a stronger midrange. But mph, little to nothing. You didn't compare Jesse's bike before and after, and you know it was running like crap before. Your comparison chart is your bike with Street Meg to Jesse's with the CT.
I don't see why this had to go like this. Everybody knows you won't get 5 mph from this pipe swap...the exhausts are too similar. You will get some gain, and it is a nice exhaust. End of story.

Look at Jesse Vs mine .. Jesse pick up 7 to 8 in more than one spot .. First
spot was 7400 ...Then again in the 8k zone ...

Lee, it is ridiculous posting that. It doesn't even agree with Brock's numbers, and it's from two different bikes...one with a thin headgasket and degreed cams....
What are you trying to prove??

He did state that his and jesse's bikes make the same hp even with jesse having the gasket and degree on his. If it has a lot better midrange I can see picking up some time. We'll find out the tale of all tales when lee gets it on his bike (as he is dead consistent).
That being said... Pat didn't pick up anything over his muzzy sidewinder when he switched to the ti-winder did he?

Again Shane has not heard a word Brock said or wrote about the new CT pipe .. He said the new CT was built to work with the ram air ..Bigger gains will be seen with ram air over the dyno numbers ..

Ram Air?? Lee, first off...you know that LSR is my other hobby. I know something about ram air and the potential gains. And I have seen data from even Bonneville runs at 190+ mph. The 14 ram air is not all that.
I bought the exhaust, Lee. I measured it, I dyno'd it, I ran it at the track. It has some small improvements...even Brock told me that most of the gains are from the spigots and smoother welds...how much do you think that is really worth on a stock motor?
Holy shit, you are clinging to this 5 mph and I know that even you know better.

You got told "FUCK YOU" for a legitimate reason. Read your post prior to that serenade.
And yes, comparing a stock motor to one with degreed cams and thin gasket is ridiculous. Especially when said stock motor was supposedly tired and 159 hp before the pipe. And the tps was adjusted significantly....etc, etc...
As for calling Brock, Leonidas asked "who called brock?". But I do know it wasn't an accident that he found this thread, obviously.

I just reported what it did on Jesses bike .. That is all !!!!! I have NEVER said buy this pipe and you will pick up 5 MPH .... Like i said i'm buying a CT and if i get 5 MPH fine ... if i get 2 MPH i'll be fine with that also ....I'm not trying to sell anyone this pipe , like i said i could careless if anyone buys this pipe ...You should allready know as the other bikeland members allready know that if the pipe doesn't pick up any MPH and ET i will post it ...

It's cool Wee admitted to calling Brock already. No implications on my behalf I just read a ton of exhaust threads on here and never see Brock chime in. I actually found it funny that he chimed in on this thread and posted on it while not having much time to read it as he stated. Wee called him!
