Damn shane it's a thin head gasket .010 ... It's not a super sport motor ... If you had a clue how much they mill the head on a super sport head you would shit your pants.. We never saw Jesse bike pick up any HP with the thin head gasket or deg cams .. the cams are set at the factory setting 105 105 .. It's not like i put some magic cam numbers in the bike..

I for one don't even think for a minute jesse is running spray. 154 to 155 for his weight is not abnormal. in our air here it takes 40 hp thru the whole rpm range to pick up 8 to 9 mph. 8 hp would not give but 1 to 2 mph here maybe. the mph jesse is picking up should equal aboput 2 tenths as well.

lee, no one said that you put nitrous on jesse's bike. Only that a 6mph gain is comparable to the gains seen using nitrous. If tommy's bike was running the exact same as it always does and jesses picked up 6mph i wouldn't say that there's any question as to whether or not the pipe helped. When's the last time that jesse put clutches in his bike?

If 10k miles is a tired engine, then what does that say about mine at 18k miles lol.

Well shane i can tell why your bike runs like shit ... BUT i can tell you Jesses bike does NOT have any spray on it ...To even hint that i put spray on Jesse to get that MPH is just fucking stupid..

Guess what, Lee....FUCK YOU. And I really mean that.

I didn't hint about spray. I hinted that to expect 5-6 mph without spray is stupid. You are writing this shit and folks expect to see 5-6 mph from switching from a Shortmeg to a CT...that is just plain ridiculous.
Fuck me ? funny .. I'm not saying everybody is going to see what Jesse got ..I'm only reporting what Jesse bike did with the CT pipe ...oldkawiboys bike run 128 in the 1/8 mile with the CT pipe ...Brock said Ricky had a hard time riding the bike with the CT pipe because of the extra upper mid range power ... But i'm full of shit ... Hummm..

Last time jesse had new clutchs was a long time ago ... It has the same clutches that it ran 149 a few weeks ago .. The bike has stock springs and no spacers .. 10,000 miles and don't forget a turbo and lots of spray ... Hell 8k of the 10k was done at the drag strip ...

SS engines have extended rev limits and .060 milled off the heads. If they hit the limiter by missing a shift there is a 75% chance the engine will be damaged. I hung out with one of the top SS guys at the track last week and got the low down while watching a few passes in the 8.90's. The engines make around 200hp.

It's not the mph that is unbelievable...it is picking up 5-6 mph simply/only by swapping from a full Brock's stainless system to the CT that is in question.

Again this is jesse and jesse bike ....Shane may never see the gains Jesse got because he is over 200 pounds ... Jesse is 115 pounds .. Shane is a big target and hits a lot of air that Jesse will never see because of his size .. Jesse can tuck in under the wind screen Shane can't ... It make sence that Shane would need a lot more HP to see the gains Jesse saw in MPH .. Give shane 10 hp and jesse 10 hp and jesse will see more gain in MPH than Shane .. I'm getting a new CT soon and will test it for myself ...

Well, looking at my before and after dyno #'s I don't think anyone would see 5-6 mph gain. But we will await your track and dyno results! Maybe you can even dyno the bike, same day??

I have stacks of dyno runs on my 09 all within 169 to 171 all in different temps and humidtiys .. Dyno the bike the same day may be impossible... One day apart may be more likely... I don't see how it matters seeing i have so many base line runs that the HP is so close ..

I really have an honest question? I now weigh roughly 125 to 129 lbs and with MR9 I run consistent 155-159 mph with a street meg. I can tuck just as good as Jesse at my weight but if what I am reading is the real deal I should be going 160-165 mph by switching to Brocks CT exhaust? Call me a skeptic but its just hard to believe IMO that it i possible to pick up 6 MPH.

TiWinder this season. The CT is nice, but I ordered up the TiWinder just so I could put Lee on the trailer....
