Only 2 years in the circuit BMW most likely needs time to get dialed & race experience.

Well, if you think about it, kaws are the fastest around circuits stock, and they suck just as much as the beemers in superbike.

Good One.I still think a BMW for the street is a mistake. Over priced and not
many BMW shops around and the one's that are here know zip on this new 1000.
Wait another two years and see if they still make it. Just sayin. The Black 1000
with all the CF parts looks Kewl. Until it falls over.....major $$ and a long wait for parts.

blah, roadracing is about rider skills, plus these aren't close to out of the box bikes
and....BMW for 1st year out and no track experience is still doing phenominal, as others pull out of race leagues as we know.

BMW ran this series last year. This is their second year out. Still doing great though...
Aprillia will be the bike to beat this year...Max is fast as hell and now has a great bike under him. It'll be a tight contested championship for sure!! Keep Watch.

The BMW was designed for performance, not parking lot posing.
The headlights are like they are because low beam does not justify the need for an extra few ounces of headlight cover.
BMW is the bike to beat, Brock said it best "Lighter than a GSXR1000 and more pow-ah than a ZX14"
That is a lethal combo right there. Looks doesn't come into play

I know it's probably going to be the one to beat, and I understand the reason for the design -- I was just stating I didn't like the "look".......of course the race version will sport a lampless head fairing, so that may have more appeal to me -- it's still a brute force display of speed!!
