It was previously posted that the bike was easier to push , but no better 1/4 mile ET.
Perhaps spend the money on something with better results unless you are going for a top end record? Goodluck!!!

I wanted them bad when I swaped my wheels, but the cost on top of the wheel swap and new skins just wasn't doable all at once. It just seems to me if the bike pushes easier it would have to show on a time slip. Or lsr slip, and I have yet to see anybody be able to show it on either.

If you are looking for every last .001 out of your bike I would say spend the money but otherwise they are just not worth it. Most of the guys who are running them also spend down time making sure they don't have a brake pad rubbing a disc, 0wt oil etc. If you are talking weekend racing there are other add-ons that will get better results. Nitrous leading the list IMHO.

I have seen them make more power on the dyno...about 1-2 hp...but there was about an hour of down time between...so who knows. I doubt you would see anything in et but you would see more MPH. Ask any of the Super Sport guys if it helps, they do all kinds of things to tweak every little bit out...one of the first things is wheel bearings. Plus they last longer and are about 30% lighter.
