I just hate cheap fuckers who won't support the good guy's out there...but then again, I relish when they have issues and go slow.

it's either be cheap or don't have it at all. I personally don't care for people that put multiple thousands of dollars into their bike and talk shit to the guys that do no have the money to do that with.

Trust me, if I had the money to buy a $800 muzzy shifter I would have it! But I don't. Also, why the fuck spend a extra $500 for a shifter like that when mine works every single time????

Are you saying that you are one of those cheap fuckers who won't support the good guy's out there?

$800 for a shifter kit! Way too rich for my blood...especially considering the level of support you get with Muzzy products.

I support what my pocket allows. If I can't afford the best, I don't buy the best. Some things I can do without. A expensive air shifter is one of them. Exhaust, I chose to go with brocks. I have to give somewhere

Yeah, but what I was getting at earlier was this:

Gilberjj can get pieces and parts from a variety of vendors and make something himself for about $260. Or he can get everything from Cycle Tek for about $335 and get the full support of the vendor. What seems to happen a lot, is that guys get cheap and try to save $50-$100. Then they have problems getting everything to work. Then they call and bend the ear of the very vendor that they didn't support.

I'm not saying that this is what will happen here...but I see it all the time. Sometimes it is worth spending the extra $50-$75 and helping out the guys who really support the community.

Now, if you can't afford it, you can't afford it. Like you say, you have to get by somehow. Most of us here are very lucky, to be honest. We should be thankful that we have tough decisions to make like what kind of air shifter to buy.

Shane

Shane, you'll be happy to know I decided against "sticking it to the man," and I purchased an mps kit. Just thought you'd like to know that.....
