Hesitation above 5,000 rpms

35,000 miles on the 14 25,000 with the PCIII. The hesitation appears at full throttle but can wind up past 5k without problem if done normal. Acts like a throttle position sensor if this were a car. As soon as it warms up will bypass the PCIII and do a few other checks. Turbo is getting oil at 7#, Fuel pump is original so the pressure will be one of the checks. Makes full power above 7k so any ideas? Thanks.
