Anyone know the equivalent gear change when switching to a 190/55 rear? It would be like going to a smaller rear sprocket, but how much smaller?

Small enough to make the speedo read 5mph slower.

Sounds like it would equal a rear tooth or two only

If you drag race the 190/55 is no good. I just ran into that problem because it rubbed my inner fender really bad.

I have read a 2008 Busa spring (really stiff) stopped the 190/55 from rubbng.
Wee had one and said it was Too stiff and removed it??

Dosent it come w a 50?

You don't ride twisties, you would have noticed a big improvement
with the 190/55 if you did.

I agree! I run the 190/55 and I used to drag the lower fairings with the 50 profile and and I dragged the lowers with the with the 180/55 . Haven't been able to drag the lowers with the 190/55. Seems to be the perfect tire for twisties on this bike .

I put on a 55 rear and it was glorious in the corners. If you ride twisties a lot, I would highly recommend it.
