What model ZX-14 do you have? A lot of Drag Racers here. I have learned a lot
about a 14 here, mods, maps etc. Every new bike is different. Welcome.

Thank you Shane. I have been looking through your build thread. Very good info. I currently run the Dbl Bubble windscreen on my bike, which I have been running the last couple of years and I noticed that when I get above 130, 140 mph the windscreen and the mirrors tend to shake violently, which it never did with the stock windscreen. I checked all the screws. Everythings tight. Have you noticed that with yours? I also noticed that the Dbl Bubble sits quite a bit higher than stock, which may explain why. This has to affect aero's. I'm 6'3. Don't kno if that makes a difference with which screen to go with. I love the look of the bubble but I feel there may be too much drag with it. I'm more into top end speed.

I never had any issues with my Zero Gravity double bubble. I ran it as fast as 190 officially timed mph at Maxton. I switched back to stock and that one has been run up to 211officially timed mph without issue.
If I were you I would check your fairing stay bolts (at the steering head) for tightness. I'm not sure if you have already checked those, but I would definitely look there. You may also wish to examine the stay for cracks.

Welcome! The secondary flies were placed on the throttle boddies by Kawasaki to tame the bike on the bottom end. Many of the guys remove them and map the bike to gain the extra HP and torque on the low end, (below 5,000 rpms).
