Not everything else will be "the same".
The eom rear sprocket will not fit on the BST wheel and Vortex aluminum
is much lighter- I think Shane weighed those somewhere.
Galfer rear rotor instead of the oem also is a good alternative.

Close to 15 lbs. and another at least 2 lbs. with the new sprocket and brake rotor.
Good time to swap with some titanium sprocket and rotor bolts too.
And that's just the begining if you're into it for lightweight but get your $$$ ready.

you save 15lbs over the stock wheels. both BSTs weigh 2.5 llbs less then the stock rear wheel.

It was me. But the bike is still going mid 1.4 60's, without me riding it well, so I don't think it is hurting things too much. When I change tires next, I will be using a tire prep to help minimize the issue. The rim can also be treated by Brock's.

The wider rims (6.25, 6.625) come treated already.

I don't think it would show up for street riding or even roadracing. I'm am going to use the recommended tire clean/prep next time and see how it goes.
