2009 ZX14 Changes?
Hey, does anyone know what changes were made to the 2009 ZX14 compared to previous models - I am in the process of ordering upgrades on the net (steering dampers, rearsets, exhausts, swingarms etc.)
It is frustrating to see listings for 2006 - 2008 or 2006/7 all over the place, and tedious to keep asking the same questions of suppliers. Also the Workshop manual - is 2008 sufficient or are there major changes?

The only changes I know of so far are that Kawasaki changed the outlet size of the exhausts - so if you want to put slip-ons on they need to be widened at the base to fit the stock pipes.

The 09 is exactly the same as the 08, other that colors.

The 08-09 is the same. The 06-07 is alot different.

- Different spray angle on the fuel injectors
- different fuel pump
- different ecu.....I believe the flys open sooner because of this
- I read that they changed the low end tourqe curve through cam adjustments.
