How does it hook up,thought I followed you're instruction's correctly but just want to make sure.

smokin is the one that told me how to hook it up. Y ou hook up to the #1, and #4 coils. you also have to have a power source. there is a thread on this way back....

1 and 4 That does sound right ... I think the power wire goes to the right handle bar ( Kill switch ) Red wire with silver tracer ..

What color are the wires that I need to hook to and also how did you hook into the wires?

From what I remember on my bike, you can either hook it straight to the tach wire or it should come with a Y cable that is used to hook to the coils. Here's the diagram from mine.

Tried to tap into the #4 but the bike threw a code and ran like crap.Maybe I had it hooked up wrong.
