Yes, and I called them also. I have a distributors number, but so far he does not call back.

Talked to JB's and lady said they do not sell radiator cooler off their site, so she said talk to distributor. Distributor said no JB in area, any where, so he is coming to drop of 2 bottles tomorrow!
THAT is service!
Will let you know how I like it in about 2 weeks.
review seems pretty positive:

I've had this in my radiator for about a week now. Normally, since the temp rise I've been experiencing since reinstall of the goodies, after a good mile or so under PSI down the highway, and then a quick off ramp to wait at the stop lights through town - ambient temps were in the low to mid 100's, normal was 2 bars while on the highway moving along, and then 4 bars and a rare 5 bar spike at the stop lights. I had not had a 5 bar since about buying the bike.
So far, where I once had constant 4 bar in town, and an occasional peaking to 5 at a stoplight, hard ride or not, the bike has not risen above 3 bars, to date. I also atrtribute some of that decrease to the ambient temp being lower than 101.
but so far seems better.
