I've just switched to 300v full synthetic seems good.
Can't get Amsoil here, thinking about Motorex next oil change as it is.cheaper.

I have almost 12000 miles on my zx14 ran motul dino oil for the first 2500 then switched to the double ester full syn 300v. it has been working flawlessly. the stuff is pricey but you can use it for after shave as well. and the self contained pouring spout is a nice touch. i would not switch to anything else.
