My pretty Red ZX14 was stolen!
This past Saturday morning is when it happened. I awoke at 4:30 am to the sound of my. Zx14 starting up and riding away!
Looks like they made their way into my house here in Fontana ,Ca and got my key and took off with my bike.
Long story short , the police recovered my 14 2 hours later in a very wrecked condition 
So they dumped it at least twice on both sides and at the crash scene all the oil was dumped on the ground from the drain plug which was smashed out due to bottoming out on something.
So mow I'm riding my backup Blue 14 till I get Red resurrected once again.
Man waking up to the sound of your bike taking off has to be one of the and if not the worst way to be awoken

Maybe the thief ended up in the hospital. Did you check?

Sorry to hear... bastards.
I use a Scorpio 900.. all automatic...very nice, has ignition disabler...
and
a Digital Guard Dawg keyless ignition. They'd have to come into my bedroom and take the ID tag from under my pillow!

Oh man you actually got me excited when I read that part... I almost went to your local craigslist to check the listing in hopes of finding your bike for cheap, but then I saw the sentence about recovery.
Hah, but seriously, sorry dude, that really sucks... I'd def. put LoJack on it this time. Is your insurance going to take care of the damage?

my bikes are protected by a motion sensors in shop which activates my 12 gauge pump shot gun...

You need this - we sell them in Canada and they'e the cat's meow --
NOTE: This isn't a pitch to sell you one -- you can just buy them online from them for delivery in the US. I use one on my ZX/Connie and my Z06 whenever I need it. Works on battery/hardwire etc...will notify you when it moves, and where it is at all times, if you wish.

This is sad news Lee!
I hope they catch the person that took it!
At least you have your backup 14 to ride, I'd be stuck on a Huffy bicycle!

Lol no she's going back on the road once again..I got.everything I need to put her back to perfect again. I'm looking at getting that gps snich now.

Let insurance get you another one! Are you sure you didn't leave the key in the ignition? Either way, maybe they will get you another one!
