Few new pics...
Powder coated the Galespeeds, internally lowered forks 2.5" (07 model forks that are black and not brown), and 12" tail instead of the 6" that I had before.

No...made an even swap with my buddy. He had this one and it needed to be painted. He rathered the 6" tail, so we swapped.

11", and it has one more inch to go. If I ever get a new chain, I will set it back all the way.

Made by Puig. Schnitz sells them. By far the best quality and best fitting windshield I have ever owned.

This was the 6" tail...

and this is the 12" tail again...

I've since lowered the rear even more since this pic was taken, so the gap you see between the back tire and the tail really isn't there anymore. I am very impressed with how it turned out. The feel of the launch is so much better now. I ran 8.94 @ 155 last Friday night in the heat with some old MR9 fuel. Then I put my buddy on it that weighs 160 lbs and he blasted an 8.79, with a 1.35 60". This upcoming winter, I would not be surprised to see the bike do sub-1.30 60's with him on it. He's done 1.32 before, so I know its possible.

The pegs are made by McIntosh, the makers of the swingarm.
