Hey Sticks!
Hey T, I missed the Seattle Ducati dyno last weekend, but read with interest. Looks like your bike is running good as usual! I've been riding the shit out of my bike this season already...I have put nearly 4K miles on her so far. 500 in one day last weekend... 750 sat & sun! I am at my year anniversary of getting the bike.
Did you have your bike dyno tuned or is it a generic map? I still need a good map if you'd be willing to share that one. or if anybody else has a few? ( Muzzy,full system, NF, near sea level) yes I have called Muzzy... They've all been very different. very rich, flat spots. That's getting old. As soon as the snow melts on the North Cascade Hwy I'll be up that way! Darin

cant email right now, work email is screwed up. call me 425-345-5544. I want to load the map myself and calibrate your throttle at the same time. Had alot of rough running and flat spots on mine until I got it properly calibrated. Muzzy really needs to put that cal step into there website so people know they need to do it! When I get a chance at home I'll email Muzzy and bitch. Least they can do after all the sticking up for them I've been doing, ya think? ... Brock would have treated me better.  lol

Darin, I'll send you my best muzzy map (it looks a lot like brocks map). I only had the original m10 and not the m14, but it doesn't hurt trying the map out. Your map you sent me was the worst I've ever seen.
Sticks and I both have 06s, so if your bike is an 08+ you can't use our maps.

Hey WTF Stalwart, you're on my forums?!?!?!!? Whats your name there? Forgot you got a vette. And the Mustang GT3530 does exist! They just call it the Shelby GT, only the Hursch rental cars put the stickers on the doors like I saw I guess. Saw it again yesterday "cruising" the local high school at closing bell. He never looked my way though.  Wanted him to pull over so I could quiz him (and remind him he got his ass owned by a Pontiac. lol)

Everyone gave me hell on the LS1 forums saying they didnt exist, but they do, its called a Shelby GT, made from '07-'08. Basically a body kitted Mustang GT with a few minor bolt ons that upped it from 305hp to 325hp along with 3.90 gears. It came with stickers saying"GT 350", also. Still just a Goat snack for my GTO, regardless of whether it was just a sticker package or the real deal.
He got on it first from a 15mph roll (if you like to win, dont run a GTO from a roll), I swung over into the other lane immediately and passed him a few seconds into it. By third I was a handfull of cars ahead of him and put my blinker on and came back over into the lane. Guy had his two 13-14 yr old boys in the car with him, too. I dont forsee a Mustang in either one of there futures now.

Hey now! I knew one of you blood smelling mosquitos would bring that up! I was picking my teenage son up, he keeps bugging me to pick him up at school in the GTO.
Funny as hell how a self confessed non-car loving teenager, computer game playing, debate team co-captaining, member of the school frisbee team, a 17 yr old who doesnt have or really want a license or the clean '91 Eclipse that will go with his license: Basically the complete opposite myself and every other kid I knew growing up. The kind of boy whose first question whenever someone mentions owning, wanting, or once having a nice car never fails to ask how many mpg it gets. Not how much hp or how fast, but MPG. Jeez.
Well I picked him up from Frisbee practice and every one of the 40+ kids was staring hard at the old red Goat. My son comes running, hops in and tells me the sound was bouncing off the wall of the school of me running through the gears on the highway, decelling, then coming up to the school. Ever since the day after that (kids were talking, they put it together that I was the one that beat so and so's mom in her Porsche Cayenne) suddenly my son moved from 'outcast' to 'almost normal'.
Friggin hillarious to me, after all I've done with trying to make him a jock, trying to teach him how to work the ladies (actually, the way with the ladies worked but he's just not that into girls. 17 yrs old and not into girls?!?! Gave him the "its ok if you're gay" speech after he turned 16 but he got mad at us. lol ) Anyways, now he is always wanting to ride through town in the GTO, and calling me on my cell phone to see if I can pick him up in town when I'm on my way home. Maybe this is how I get him into cars? Scares the crap out of me thinking of him driving something that powerful, but.... I would have died for the chance too when I was 17. hmmm.

Not a Shelby GT350 tho, those were sold to Hertz. This is a Shelby, GT500KR, been to Shelby's shop in Nevada and had extensive modifications. Too bad I don't own one, I couldn't even afford one if I sold my mom's mobile home.
Try pulling the trigger on one of those and all you'll see is taillights. There are quite a number of them out there making 800+ rear wheel horsepower and from the times I've seen (from video) and your weight, those you wouldn't even want to try taking on with your 14!

Comrade Ted says I'm a poser and post pictures of other people's stuff. We all know C. Ted is above reproach so I have come out in the the SmackHouse as a poser who lives with his mommy in her trailer. The TR and Hummer, that I don't have, would be sold as the RK is a vastly better car than the Ferrari and even seems to have more soul and personality. The KR would get a full Griggs racing suspension and a bigger blower, or twin turbo, to bring the car up to 800 hp at the rear wheels.
The Ford is one of 571 made in 2009, which is vastly more rare than the old TR. The TR is a nice, pretty car but it's value has dropped to 1/2 of what it was. They simply made too many of them and people figured out that $10k for a routine service makes it kinda expensive to own one of the old 12 cylinder cars.

Oh yeah, dont forget you could always sell one of your tanks if you're ever short on cash! Who in the hell needs more than one tank?!? Having that many military vehicles is just unfair and leads to jealousy and resentment among us blue collar rednecks! Only way to fix your blunder is too let one of us drive one of your tanks. I humbly nominate myself.

Sticks did you drive a tank??? It sure was Quiet when the Muzzy M14 beat the Brocks
at the Dyno test. I bet you were LYAO when your M14 beat the Brocks exhaust.
Brock never posted again after the charts were posted. And Muzzy maps don't work, or
they copied Brocks map.... but you were a nice guy and did not say " I TOLD YOU SO"

lmao at you guys! No I didn't drive one of his tanks, but I have ZERO doubt Stalwart would have fired one up in a heartbeat if I had only asked. His collection of vehicles and tanks is amazing! I think the only reason he doesnt post up his full collection is that no internet savvy guy would believe him. I posted up in the Smackhouse a full description of the night.
Sorry if I took a bit of your privacy away Stalwart, but sometimes the facts gotta come out. You are a helluva good guy, a true jack of all trades, and should be recognized as such. Your wifes cool, too! If you werent so nice I'd be jealous. ok, ok, I'll admit I'm still jealous.

I have an 06... tell me about the shit maps! I've sat for hours comparing maps and Muzz maps are all over the place in each throttle position...off the scale is normal for them. I think they guess when creating maps!
(Sticks hijack) I went to a car show this weekend and saw one of the Shelby/ GT 350... not a GTO in sight though... several SS big block Chevelle's and Camaro's

Installed a system Friday and loaded the Muzzy flies out map available from DJ. I put on a few hundred miles over the weekend, and my bike is runnin' too rich.
I set the TPS with the bike warmed up, so I don't think that is the problem.
BTW, Darin, glad to hear your bike is back together and you are out there tearing it up again!
