WOW - again stunned by the responses - is everybody bored?

Although I had been guarenteed that if there was any manufaturing defect, any/all issues would be immediately corrected with no questions asked. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with what was delivered, that's when things got interesting.
Yes, as it turns out, the suit was sent out to be made in Pakistan. We live in a global market, so that isn't so much an issue for me. The problem is when the dealer I bought from tried to contact the manufacturer, they refused to make any corrections. This is a problem as I can't exactly walk into their store and demand action.
I had contacted the place where I had purchased the suit this last Monday and informed the owner I had reached my limit and required a full refund upon my return (I was working out of town). Again, this is after showing an extreme amount of patience as I was required to pay in full for a custom suit which was done back on February 7/09. Yesterday, upon my return, I went into the store and was told "I've spoken with my lawyer and I'm not going to give you a refund....". I blew a gasket - unfortunately I do believe I potentially said, or started to say, something that could be interpretted negatively. I left immediately after so as not to make things worse.
So at this point I am the "proud" owner of a suit that is the wrong colour and the left leg is 1.5" shorter than the right.
I'll be getting legal advice on my options today, but I'm not holding out much hope for financial restitution as upon my visit to the store, I get the impression the owner is on the verge of closing shop due to monetary issues.
I said I would name names once I got my refund, but that doesn't appear to be going to happen now so......... if you are truely looking for a positive shopping experience with great customer service and satisfaction guarenteed, please stop on by....

RubberSideDown in Richmond BC, Canada

I can't provide a high enough recommendation based on my experience!!!!!!!

P.S. As a proud 5th generation Canadian, please ease up on the Canadian jokes. We may be the kinder, gentler nation, but we're not opposed to come across the border with the intent purpose of clubbing you like a baby seal with a hockey stick while we drink our superior beer.......hypothetically of course!!

I have received alot of poor craftsmanship from your brothers south of the border in the past too....

The dealer was Canadian, the manufacture was Pakistan anyway.... nice try though.
