OEM swingarm paint?

is the stock swingarm anondized or painted? i bought my bike used back in october and got a new set of voo-doo pipes. When i removed the muzzy's it looked like the pipe had been rubbing the swinarm or the heat got it to it or something, so i have a bare aluminum spot on my arm that takes away terribly from the look of the bike. has anybody had spots like this on the swingarm or frame, and if so how did you correct it? i saw the guy in post my zx-14 build used rustoleum. i will take any and all sugestions

The frame and swingarm are powder coated. The paint you get from Colorrite doesn't match for shit. The best thing to do in my opinion would be to powder coat the whole thing or find a take off from another bike thats in good shape.
