Yep i buy from a seller "hqz4321" and i've been installing them on all my customers bikes for a couple years now and haven't had a problem with them yet.
Are you looking for the ones with the slim ballasts or the standard big ballasts?

Is there a install issue with a standard vs slim line? Is one more realiable?

One is big and the other is small . The small one makes finding a mounting spot easy . The big ones make it a bit challenging . Haven't had a prob with either style yet.

check DDM Tuning lifetime warranty on the ballast (thin) I got my set from then back in Dec fast shipping,great costumer service ($80)

have you guys noticed any problems with the light output pattern being to offensive to oncoming traffic? I am just wondering as I have been hesitating to make the mod for that reason.

I just installed HIDs on my 14 a few weeks ago, and haven't had anyone flash their high beams at me. I raised the standard head light aiming up by 3 turns right after I got my bike.
I got them because I had some really long trips to do, and even driving many hours on two lane highways at night I didn't get one flash at me.
I got the 10000K ones (which are a little softer than bright white) from StarRotors.com with thin ballasts at $100 for the pair.
The ZX-14 uses H11 for low and H9 for high.
Came with everything you need, and it was plug and play.
It takes less than an hour to do.
I highly recommend this upgrade!

I talked with a ebay seller who for a short time had all 4 HIDs in one kit for the 14. Think is I wanted mini-ballasts, and that would have cost another $50/light.
As it is, the lights on the 14 are pretty darn strong anyway.

I got the same set and they are Awesome!!!! Illuminates the road a bit more than stock(and stocks are already bright). Nice combo with the 06 candy thunder blue

I love my HID's especially traveling the Interstates in the middle of the night.
It's a good/bad thing to see deer as far away as possible.
