AIR SHIFTER KILL BOX

IS THERE ANY WIRES NEAR THE REAR SEAT AREA TO WIRE THIS OTHER THAN GOING ALL THE WAY TO THE FRONT TO THE COILS,I WANT TO MOUNT THE BOX UNDER THE REAR SEAT AND NOT HAVE TO RUN THE WIRES ALL THE WAY UP.

If you have the kill box for the coils you could scotchlock the wires at the ecu. You will need the wiring diagram to find them. They are w/r (#1Coil), w/bl (#2), w/g (#3), w/y (#4). They should be near each other on one section of the ecu harness.

Because the MPS lets you tap the 4 brown wires right to the 4 mentioned coil wires. The red wire for the MPS can also be tapped onto the red single wire that feeds all 4 coils.

It should be the one of two at the ecu that has the least amount of wires. I counted 19 in the wiring diagram.

Is it okay to hook to the wire down by the horn, instead of tapping into the harness by the switch?

When I installed these things I would pull the wire from the horn itself that comes from the horn button and run it to the "common" on the 2 position selector switch and then run from one of the 2 contacts on the switch back to the horn and the other contact to the killbox. All of this to avoid cutting/splicing wires which is a big pet peave of mine.
