SATO REARSETS

Hate beating a dead horse but will these Sato's Rearsets work in the lowest and rear most posiition with a factory center stand? I could use the extra strech out room and I guess they will not work with the stock kickstand. Tanks for your assistance!!

SATO Racing should be able to tell you clearly what positions work with which options. Although I like VORTEX, there's some great folks at SATO!

They're number is 831-899-1822

From Sato's website:

PS I love mine.

KAWASAKI ZX14 (ZZR1400)

POSITIONS
1 10mm Forward 12.5mm Down*
2 10mm Forward 0 mm
3 0 mm 12.5mm Down*
4 0 mm 0 mm
5 0 mm 12.5mm Up
6 10mm Back 12.5mm Down*
7 10mm Back 0 mm
8 10mm Back 12.5mm Up

note: all measurements are in relation to stock position (0 mm).
* These positions are for drag bikes only since the positions would interfere with the sidestand on a stock ZX14 bike.

Don't have them yet.... Spoke to Sato and they say that removing the side stand and using a center stand will allow the rearsets to be used in the lowest position so I am looking to track down a center stand first and then grab the rearsets...Thanks

The Vortex are nice and save you $100+, but they are no where near as nice. The Sato's come pre-assembled and have the rear-brake light pressure switch which most other brands do not include. I'm not sure what finish you are looking for but I have the gold and they are a great match to the gold Pazzo's and gold Carrozzeria wheels.

You can see it on the following thread:

No problem Steve...I need to get my rear-master cylinder painted black, but I don't feel like disconnecting, and re-bleeding the brakes again.

Wow that is the best looking black 14 I have seen yet. The gold wheels set it off nice!!! It cant compare to the Pearl White I have but almost as nice......LOL JK. I have the red Pazzo's and I was hoping to get the Sato rearsets in red but looks like I am going to settle for black!! Thanks for the assistance gents!!

Another option beside sleep mode is bring that bike down here to FL and ride with us!
