I added 12% on the high side of the P/C on my zx14 for a 30 shot ...It worked well and never had a problem ... I did use 93 while using the spray ..

12% is 12% no matter how you add it ... I would say add 12% at 80% and 100% throttle from 6000 RPM up .. Don't trigger the spray till you are at wide open throttle .. I had my spray come on by a micro switch on the throttle bodys ... It was set to come on at full throttle ..

Smokin, was it hot weather when you had that nitrous setup? Reason I am asking is bottle pressure will play a factor with the air temp.

When i ran mine in the heat i had a problem with the bottle pressure getting way to high ... so high it would lock up and not come on ... I would have to bleed the bottle pressure down to 950 to get it to work .. As long as i kept it around 900 psi all was fine ...

I have to ask why you would want to use it at 50% or 60 % throttle ? If you are racing you would only see those numbers for a split second in first gear .. If you wanted to turn it on at 50% throttle i would map it for those numbers so not to have any damage..
If you have it coming on at 100% throttle i like to have the fuel allready on at 80% just to be on the safe side , it also softens the hit to have the fuel come on before the spray ..
