im ready to take out flies anybody have regrets?

Yeah, my only regrets are that I didnt take them out SOONER!!!!!!!!!!!................theres no regrets its a no brainer..........for the record i dont know of anyone who has pulled the flies and returned it to stock and put them back.

thanks mike...theres one! I went on a 350 mile ride yesterday and had a blast. We had 6 bikes a cbrr 1000, a jixxer 100 my 14 and several honda,yamaha,suzuki- davidsons! I led the pack all mountains too.

Actually...I have put the flies BACK into one bike....of course, I bought the PCIII off of it and had to put the flies back in so the bike would be stock again and not burn anything up down the road (the guy sold the bike). Of course, wouldn't you know it, the guy that bought the bike wants the flies back out and a PCIII installed...lol

What is the record for fly removal, fly re-install, fly re-removal on one bike???

dcjens,, i took the flies out,,,never tripped on it again,,flies out is the way the machine should have been in the first place,,,get rid of the exhaust,,cats,,get a full systems,,brocks,,,thats crazy to have that crap on a motorcycle,,get a pc3,,aftermaket air filter,, gear it down one tooth or so,,16t,,n u r good to go redline it ,,it will even handle better,,because it will be lighter

Could you elaborate a bit. I am about a #2 screwdriver away from pulling the flies in my 08.

Pull the flies.... I work at a Kawasaki shop and let some of the guys with new 14's ride my bike so they can see the difference...

everyone that ridden mine has ended up in my garage with a PCIII in one hand and $25 in the other for the fly removal and PCIII install.

did I mention that you really need to pull the flies????
