Matt, Is that your new bike to replace the zx14 ?

This is a great thread!
It inspires me to get back to the garage and get it done!

Yepp Lyle, that is what I bought... I like it so far, it is a completely different animal then the ZX14. It is not near as comfortable (for me) power seems comparable, suspension is better (more sporty) and the fit and finish is AMAZING!!! the tail is still UGLY!

there was a gen2 at the track last weekend with a gen1 tail on it. Looked waaaaay better and had more room to store stuff. I've been on several, and thought that the fit and finish was lacking in comparrison to the 14. But then again, suzuki is well known for only worrying about their engine and suspension and making the rest of the bike as cheap as possible.

BM- I know you will personalize that Busa soon but I think your old 14 looked sweet and I'm not too sure if the Busa will be able to hold a cosmetic candle to the 14(IMHO).

SUperman, I dont plan on investing near the money into this bike that I had invested in the 14. I just dont think I could bear to spend that kind of money again and have it stolen. and I have to disagree aside from the ass end the busa is a better looking bike in my opinion. I am doing a sticker bike this time and gonna put some polished carrozeria wheels on it and some pazzo levers and maybe a little 60 inch cheater arm and some nitrous and leave it alone. Oh yeah gonna put a MUZZY airshifter on it, have you guys seen the Muzzy Air shifter kit for these bikes talk about nice equipment

DUDE!!! Man, you actually made me LOL. Yep, we bigger guys are definitely at a disadvantage on the bikes. Not THAT tall, though. I'm 6'4" and around 230. Want to get back around 220. Think about ol' Sticks, he's like 6'7" and 370; if I make it look like a 125, he must make it look like a mini. That right, Sticks?

Believe it or not. Do to a small trailor "tie down strap" breaking issue.

The solo cover, right on the face of the airbrushing got destroyed. along with a bit of the flames.
Now I have a carbon fiber solo seat. Because of the "incident"

I know,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,IT BLOWS!
