I did not see a "Forward Armed" stand on that site. I do not want a regular rear armed.

I got my rear stand for the 14 from metricbikes.com which ended up having $5 shipping for oversized item. I picked up the spooled unit and am pleased with their service and price. I considered the T-rex stands but in reading about them I was concerned that some people mentioned they were cock-eyed.
I decided to go with a well named brand for my rear as well as to match the front stand I already had. Other than that one small issue, the T-rex sounded awesome.
Cheers

1st class is Forward handle pit bull. Here's a few pics of mine, I'm really enjoying it. I love my VORTEX stands as well, but the pit bull is the big dawg around the garage. and nothing behind the bike in the way, less room, nothing to trip over. I don't remember what I paid for it but its worth its weight in gold.
see nothing behind the bike here:

I don't have a decent shot of the ZX14 on it from the side, but here is the stand with a litre bike:

Vortex front and rear stands. The front stand works well for the garage but I doubt it would work well at the track. Its one of the front stands with the pin for going under the triple tree. I will get a front axle stand that is universal and goes just under the front forks in the very near future.

VORTEX work great at the track. I have the ultra-sweet pit bulls, but at the track for me its VORTEX stands. and the pin that goes under the triple tree is great, try taking a fork off or working on the cip-ons and such without it :P

Can ya give a little photo explanation of how the pin system works? I see the whole front lift stand but I cant picture where/how it all works.
Thx

KawaBonzai, I don't have a pic of the pin in the triple tree. But you can look under there, the hole in the tree is where the pin lifts the bike. Get the pin specifically for your model bike and you won't have to worry about scratching the fender and such

Is it the same hole we see on the top side for mounting GPS's and such. I'm thinking it goes all the way down and you stick the pin in from the bottom up.
It looks like to me the front stand is 2 parts? Does it pivot?
