Muzzy air shifter bottle filling
It looks like the bottle valve has an AN4 fitting so how would you get that filled with CO2 since painball bottles have a different (cga 320) fitting? Is there an adapter that comes with it?

I've gone round and round with the muzzy bottle. I can't find anyone around here to fill it with nitrogen because the bottle is only rated at 1800psi, 2010(?) is the standard?. The whole paintball thing is a PITA. I gave up. I fill it with nos and the swap out the brass fitting on the bottle so it will mate with the line to the kit. I've been wanting to get the correct fittings, but I got deployed before I could get it hammered out. I still wont have it ironed out until next year. Whatever you find on this, please post up some part #s if you buy them online. thx.
No adapter that I'm aware of...not in the kit anyway.

You need an adapter.
Why not just swap over to the paint bottle style?
http://www.dynotunenitrous.com/store/scripts/prodView.asp?idproduct=237
you can buy the bottles anywhere really.
Just take them to your dive shop and have them cleaned and inspected.
I had to have my bottles checked (oxygen) and then converted to nitrox.
THey should be able to do that 4 u for a couple bucks...
Dyno tune has the filling adapters.
Hope this helped.

I just run nitrous in mine. cost half as much as co2 here. I had a fitting, that all they had to do, was remove one fitting on their machine, and they got tired of doing it around here.
Go to zephyr paintball .com or something like that, they have a lot of junk cheap.
I have built a couple of HP systems for guys, using mostly everything from that site

I as you tried to get my bottle filled with Co2 but no one would touch in Canada atleast around my area , the praxair guys said they would lease me a 100lb bottle of co2 and i could do it my self by weighting the bottle before then add the amount ,So instead for 9 bucks i fill it with nitrous , and if you shop on ebay you can purchase your own nitrous fill station for about $300 bucks .

Just make sure and don't run liquid through the system, it messes up the switching valve.........
Although Kurt and Dave say they have never heard of it....
If your bottle came with no siphon tube......, liquid can get in it......
I run my bottle upside down, with a siphon tube, and use it as an anti siphon tube......, no issues since then........, having the vavle that close to the bottle is a bad thing anyway, it should be mounted on the ram...........

Really?
I used to fill co2 bottles all the time...
I filled the bottles with liquid.
I weighed in the charge...
No liquid should go thru the lines...
As soon as it goes to Atmospheric pressure it should change state. The hose allows this change.
I will have to try it. I have a few bottles that are full.
I will let u know what happens.

The zx12 set up has the switching valve mounted a about two inches from the bottle......
Thats why I said, put the switching valve on the ram, it works faster this way anyway........
The closer the valve is to the ram, the quicker it operates..........
You want liquid in the bottle, just vapor going out..........
Just vapor would run out in a few passes........

This is why I use an on-board mini air compressor to keep the bottle filled on mine. No hassles at all, just flip the switch and fill the tank and make passes.

I have seen those take a crap in the middle of elims......, both types have thier issues........
I just reach down and turn my bottle on and off......, and it uses no battery........

OK, I figured it out for the CO2 bottle. You can get all the stuff at Academy that will work and will cost about 60 dollars or less. A 16 or 20 ounce co2 painball bottle will fit the muzzy bottle clamp. Then you buy what is called a Fill Valve that screws to the paintball bottle. It will have 1/8th pipe threads for the brass AN4 adapter to screw into. If the Fill Valve is hard to find, just get the Remote Kit and use the valve from it. It is the same as the fill valve. I dont have part numbers but it is simple to figure out. I filled a 20oz. today and put it on to try out. Works great and should give me 1100 shifts for 6 bucks of co2.
