Adjustable Timing Advancer

Are any of you guys using one ? I've heard mixed opinions and I'm not sure what to do.

All the views, I guess no one else uses one either. That might help me make up my mind.

Ok I 'll chime in.
I noticed better throttle response, and although I did not dyno it some have reported 5 Hp gains in the midrange.
Ivan has tested it and many guys on zx14ninja.com are happy with it too.

I put 1 on my fj1200. The mid range did pick up. We did dyno it and 3-5hp. I was told when I bought the piece I would see 7hp. Not... If you are looking for that little extra. Do it.

I advanced it 4 degrees but didn't put locktite on it. When I checked it after we left the track I found it had moved. I'm going to put the stock one back on and try it again tomorrow.
